I, Vi Turkle, Emperor of the United States, do hereby grant to the individual known as ~nerdyninja the above arms, blazoned as follows: Gules two chess rooks Sable fimbriated Or; for a Crest, on a grand duke's helm mantled Gules doubled Or within a wreath of these colors issuant therefrom a d20 Argent; for Supporters, dexter a king cheetah proper couchant reguardant, sinister a dragon Gules couchant reguardant, the whole upon a compartment composed of a river Azure flowing between two grassy hills.

In addition, by the authority vested in me, I do hereby grant the individual described above the title of Grand Duke of Lower New York, with all rights and privileges appropriate to that station provisional until such time as I am able to bestow said honor fully and with due ceremony.
