Continuing with the holiday theme....

I spent half of today, the federally mandated holiday of George Washington's Birthday ("Presidents Day" among businesses who want to avoid having to give a longer break which includes Lincoln's birthday), under the mistaken assumption that it was also the birthday of voice acting god Frank Welker, due to trusting in the editing of wikis.

It turns out whomever edited the Transformers Wiki before me had no idea when Mr. Welker was born, even though every site they linked to on his profile gives his birthday as being in March.

Mr Welker voiced such characters as the Transformers Laserbeak, Megatron, Mirage, Mixmaster, Ratbat, Ravage, Rumble, Skywarp, Sludge, Soundwave, and Wheelie; the characters Fred Jones and Scooby Doo; the supervillain Toyman in the Challenge of the Superfriends, the ghost Slimer in the Real Ghostbusters cartoon series, and hundreds of other characters you've seen without ever realizing they were all the same guy: [link]
